(1) According to this regulation, a person who wants to apply for a scholarship must have obtained at least fifty percent marks in the examination related to the minimum educational qualification specified by the selection committee.

( 1a) Regardless of what is written in sub-rule (1), if the foreign government providing the scholarship, any agency or educational institution has specified a separate educational qualification and passing percentage for the scholarship, it must also be fulfilled.

(2) ) Regardless of what is written in sub-rule (1), a person who wants to apply for a scholarship for a post-graduate degree in medicine and a post-graduate degree in dentistry must have worked at least two years in a hospital, primary health center, health post or similar health-related institution. /p>
